A Hard Days Work
As you can see...I worked all day today to get my bow stock up. Solids, prints and Valentine's bows coming soon. This was the easy part, adding backs and finishing the edges is much more tedious. If you have any suggestions for colors or styles you would like to see more of let me know.

New Items for the New Year
These are some of the new items I am selling for this new year. I am very excited about some of my new creations. I know it is probably strange to many of you how excited I get over bows and hair accessories. I get excited about anything new but especially things I or my daughter can wear. As a child I used to love to draw clothes. I had once dreamed of becoming a fashion designer and somehow lost that vision along the road of life. I think this small business allows me to fulfill, in a small way, that dream.
These new items are already up for sale on my ETSY site. Please don't hesitate to message me if you have any questions about them. I am also on FACEBOOK now under Potpourri Patch. This is a great place to view my new items and custom creatons as well.
Don't forget to check out my new SHABBY ROSES, POTPOURRI POMPOM FLOWERS and EXTRA LARGE BOW BANDS. These are some of my favorites.
ENJOY!

Custom for the Holidays
This is one of my Satin Holiday Poinsettia's in black but instead of feathers and tulle I added gold ribbon and a large rhinestone accent. This was made to match a black and gold Christmas dress.
This was made to match a cute turquoise and apple green baby outfit. I think from Carter's. Made with a mixture of grosgrain ribbons in a variety of sizes. Again with a large rhinestone accent center.

Matching Mom & Daughter Bands
I made these for a friend of mine for Christmas. Her daughter and her have matching outfits and she wanted twin headbands to match. I am sure they are going to look adorable together.
The headbands are made out of a teal chiffon fabric, with button, jewel and pearl centers. Then I attached them to black metal headbands. These headbands are very comfortable and don't pinch behind the ears as some headbands do. They fit most heads, child to adult.
Creating these headbands has sparked my interest in making more matching mom and daughter headbands. I hope to offer more colors and styles, like these, after the first of the year.
Check back for more cute items!

Letter To Santa
I was looking for a Christmas card that my daughter could color and send to Santa and I didn't find any good ones...so I created my own.
My daughter loved this. I helped her write her letter and glue a picture of what she wanted in the box. You could have them color a picture there or copy and paste a picture directly into the file on the computer. Add a stamp, return address and put it in the mail and make all your little ones dreams come true.
Download the file by right clicking on the image, choosing "save as" in the menu and saving the document to your own computer. Printing it as an 8.5 by 11 page works best. It isn't too late to get it in the mail, but be advised it probably will be returned to you;)
Merry Christmas to all. Enjoy.

Turkey Place Settings
My little girl and I made these for our Thanksgiving feast. Instead of making them into a family tree we just made them into place setting labels. It was great practice for her to write her letters. We're getting ready for kindergarten.
I used hot glue to attach the leafs, cardboard looking paper, and some left over stickers. This was a very easy and useful craft for turkey day. This idea was from of one of my favorite kids websites KABOOSE. It is sponsored by Disney and has great ideas for young children.
Happy Thanksgiving ya'll!

Fall into Flowers
Coming soon to my ETSY website! Fall rag flowers!
I think these flowers will be around for a while. At least for the fall. I love this creation. I was able to add my own flare to each one. I decided to name each set after my favorite fall items... leaves, pumpkins and sunflowers. These couldn't be a more perfect addition to your fall collection.
This is the best part, the clips are each separate. They are each fastened to an alligator clip with teeth, which can then be attached to a hat, a headband, a beanie, your hair and even a shirt. I wore won the other day attached to a sweater and it looked so cute. At least I think it did ;)! Each has a soft felt back, which won't scratch or irritate. So, they are perfect for any age, (even mommies.) I will soon be selling more hats, beanies and headbands...so check back for more items to attach these beautiful clips to.

Custom Mommy Bands
I recently finished these headbands for a friend of mine. She chose the fabric and colors from my collection. She decided on the large "Thankful" polka dot browns, and the "Paradise" burgundy floral. Custom orders for headbands take 7-10 days, but they are well worth it. I will probably continue to sell the brown band on my website, but the burgundy one will be an exclusive, one of a kind for my friend.
The beauty of these headbands is that they look adorable on mommies but even cuter on big girls, tweens and even teens. If you are interested in a mommy band please let me know. I would love to create one just for you too!

Keeping CUTE Heads Warm
I am so excited about these. I wish I had a tiny baby girl to put it on. This is an infant newsboy hat. It is a beanie with a tiny bill or brim on the front. Made for tiny heads. Fits probably 0-6 months of age. Alone it even looks cute on boys, (with out the flower!) I am also selling original kufi crochet hats for toddlers, tweens, teens and adults. They will be on my etsy site soon. I know you can find these anywhere, but mine are unique...because of my flowers I had to them.
This one I love! It is adorned with a small fabric tiny tot flower in ladybug print. The clip is removable and can be attached to a headband or hair. They even look super cute attached to a necklace or shirt.
Keep those little heads warm in a CUTE way this winter!

Fancy Fleurs
These are something very new that I have created and have fallen in love with. They look so adorable on my big girl who is 4. These flowers are the perfect addition to any outfit. Now available in several different prints and adorned with tulle. Made out of high quality cotton material. It does fray over time but gives it more of a vintage look!:) Large size is approx. 4.5 inches wide and small size is approx. 3 inches wide. They can be fastened to an alligator clip or a banana. I have found that banana clips hold better in big girl hair and alligator clips are perfect for little ones. Love them.

Lily's Custom Barn Yard Invite
My niece is turning 2 in a few weeks and I designed this invite for her. She is having a fall harvest and apple theme. This has been added to one of my favorites so far. For my invitations I design them and I email you the file and you can print them right from home or take them and have them printed. This makes the cost very reasonable for you, and less work for me! Win,win!
All Because-Vinyl Project
I designed and placed this vinyl for a friend. It put the finishing touch on her picture collage she had in her hallway. The texture on my friends wall made it very difficult to stick. If you have heavy texture, I recommend placing the vinyl on a board, or letting someone who knows how to place them work their magic. Vinyl color white. Size about 5 inches high by 2 feet long.
